Technique
Joakim
had developed a sophisticated understanding of oil and acrylic
paint on canvas to create richly textured, unique abstract
artworks by the application, blending and stripping of successive
layers of colour.
Many of
the larger paintings take many hours, if not days, to complete.
Materials
All Joakim's acrylic
and oil contemporary artworks (unless otherwise stated) are
painted on three dimensional stretched cotton canvas.
No framing
is required as all sides of the canvas are painted.
Certificate of Authenticity
All artworks (paintings
and sculptures) come complete with a Certificate of Authenticity,
signed by the artist, witnessed and dated.
Artist's Note
Every artwork purchased
will include a personal note from the artist detailing his
thoughts and inspiration for the piece.
